Local medical providers

Medical treatment is an important part of your recovery and return to work. By using our network of providers, you will receive timely and appropriate treatment at a convenient location close to you.

Pharmacy program

Offered by Optum, our pharmacy benefits manager, our program is part of our managed care pharmacy program, which is committed to helping you recover from your injury and return to work safely 

Benefits and process for injured workers:  

  • If you were injured while at work and have pharmacy needs, you are automatically enrolled in the First Fill program. 
  • Download a copy of the First Fill card.
  • Print off a paper copy of the card and instruction sheet.
  • Fill out the card based on the instructions on the instruction sheet. 
  • Always present your pharmacy drug card when filling your workers compensation-related prescriptions.
