Provider networks
High-quality care for the people who matter most
Medical care is the foundation of successful workplace injury recovery, which is why our comprehensive provider networks are at the heart of our workers compensation process. We deliver high-quality, evidence-based care through trusted medical partnerships while providing dedicated support to employers, agents, brokers, injured workers, and healthcare providers nationwide.
Our network of medical professionals is committed to helping injured workers recover and return to work safely and as soon as medically appropriate. From initial injury through full recovery, we support all stakeholders through the process.

You can search our listings by geographical area, specialty, or name at www.helmsmantpa.com/prs.
Learn about state worksite poster forms and/or medical provider panels
You may be required to post certain Workers Compensation forms at your worksites as part of your state- and federally required worksite posters. In most states, we also recommend posting a medical panel listing of nearby network providers.
- For details of each state’s required forms, please see the state-specific network resources below.
- With respect to medical panel listings, state laws vary widely. Our medical panel creation tools are designed to comply with each state’s requirements.
- Medical panel listings are mandatory in some states, including Colorado, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Virginia.
- Some other states don’t allow medical panel listings at all, including Kentucky, New York, Oregon, Texas, and West Virginia.
Enroll in a Managed Care Organization (MCO)
Some states offer specialized networks, which are collectively called Managed Care Organizations (MCOs). If you enroll in your state’s MCO, injured workers may be required to treat with network providers, though certain exceptions apply. For details, please see the state-specific network resources below.
- Interested customers must actively enroll in Connecticut, Illinois, Kentucky, Nebraska, New Hampshire, and Texas.
- Customers are automatically enrolled in California, South Dakota, and West Virginia.
